That “Just for fun” recommendation instantly brought to mind the (probably highly obscure) workout song from the veggie tales LarryBoy soundtrack in which he recommends “if you don’t have a super suction helmet, you can just use a rubber band and a goldfish “ for those super-suction sit-ups. Probably just me, though.
